The  Autumn Caravan Show in Shrewsbury starts from 26th September and runs to 4th October -

There will be a wide selection of 2027 models on display and if you are interested in an upgrade from your present model we can meet you by appointment at the show to discuss details.

If you are considering an upgrade, but not to a brand new holiday home, we have a good choice of units aged from 2022 to 2026 at Wigley Orchard, one of which may suit you and can be available for sale (and relocation to St Michaels) during the winter months. Prices range from £35k to £45k if agreed before 31st December.

Electrcity prices   Following the Government's decision to reduce VAT on electricity from October 1st. Our bills from that date will charge VAT at 0% 

Our robot mowers have now spent seven years cutting grass at St Michaels (Henry has now travelled 14840 miles without leaving the park) You may recently have seen a new one here on trial. We have yet to give him a name - but favourite is  ULYSES. He may become permanent in 2027 and if we can cope with just one mower you will need to watch out for robot crossing road signs! - so drive carefully.

Applefest in Tenbury is set for 3rd October -  This is one to put in your diary. It is held on the Burgage and has everything apples on display

Winter is coming - Now just three months away so remember, as the weather gets colder, to always turn off your outside stop tap when not staying on the park.

Book a winter drain down or order some non-toxic antifreeze for use with your floe auto system.
